Oral Presentations

The duration of a presentation slot is 30 minutes. You will have 5 minutes for author and paper introduction, 20 minutes for the presentation itself, and 5 minutes for questions from the audience.

A LCD projector & computer (Windows 8, MS Powerpoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader) will be available in every session room for regular presentations.

Preparation of Visuals:

Presenters should bring a USB Flash Drive containing their presentation. Files can be uploaded to the local PCs in the lecture rooms during the breaks between the sessions. To avoid software compatibility problems, speakers are advised to bring a .ppt or .pptx and PDF-version of their presentation.

Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the chair person.

Poster Presentations

There will be a number of posters presented during the Conference, exhibited at a poster session. In order to make these sessions run smothly, some cooperation from the poster presenter is necessary. Please make sure your poster is put up before the start of the session, and is removed after the session has ended.

The recommended format is A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).

Your posters will be attached to the panel with push pins, which will be available on the panel. If you need more pins, please contact the poster session chair. After you have removed your poster, please leave the pins on the board.
